Dr Roy Hargrave has a BA (Hons) degree in Fine Arts Valuation, an MA degree in Victorian Art and Architecture, and a PhD degree in architectural history from the University of London. Roy has a particular interest in architectural watercolours and works by early Northamptonshire artists such as Sir Alfred East and T.C. Gotch.
Roy is the fourth generation of Hargrave to be involved in commerce in Northamptonshire. Here is his grandmother outside two of the family shops in Corby Old Village around 100 years ago.
